Terms of Use of BBC online Services – Personal Use
BBC 온라인 서비스 이용약관 – 개인적 이용
These terms were last updated on 15 October 2012. 본 약관은 2012년 10월15일 갱신되었다.
이하에서는 전체 이용 약관 중 가장 중요한 3.2.3 General Restrictions (일반적 규제사항)만 소개한다.
· 3.2.3 General restrictions on how you may use BBC online Services to access, view and/or listen to BBC Content 이용자가 어떻게 BBC 온라인 서비스를 이용해 BBC의 콘텐츠에 접근하거나, 보거나, 듣거나 할 것인가에 대한 일반적인 규제사항들
· (1) You may not infringe or try to infringe the privacy or other rights of other BBC online Services users. 귀하는 프라이버시나 BBC 온라인 서비스 사용자들의 권리들을 침해하거나 침해하려는 시도를 하지 않는다. This includes you storing or trying to store personal data or usage details of other BBC online Services users. 이 점은 개인정보나 BBC 온라인 서비스 사용자들의 이용기록들을 저장하거나 훔치려고 시도하는 것이 포함된다.
· (2) You may not infringe any applicable law (for instance copyright law) when using BBC online Services to access, view or listen to BBC Content. 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스를 이용하여 비비스 콘텐츠에 접근하고 보고 듣고 할 때, 예컨대 저작권법 같은 그 어떤 준거법도 침해하지 않는다.
· (3) You may not subject the BBC online Services and/or the BBC Content to any derogatory treatment or use them in such a way that would bring the BBC into disrepute (with reference to the BBC Guidelines), or cause the BBC to incur liability to any third party. 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스나 비비시 콘텐츠가 경멸적 대우를 받지 않도록 하거나, 혹은 비비시 온라인 서비스와 비비시 콘텐츠를 이용하여 비비시가 비비시 지침 관련하여 불명예를 초래하지 않으며, 혹은 제3자가 책임지게 하지 않는다.
· (4) You agree to use BBC online Services and access, download, view and/or listen to BBC Content as supplied to you by the BBC 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스를 이용하여 비비시가 제공한 대로 비비시 콘텐츠에 접근하고, 다운로드하고, 보고, 듣는다고 동의한다 and you may not, and you may not assist anyone to, or attempt to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, modify, copy, reproduce, lend, hire, rent, perform, sub-license, make available to the public, create derivative works from, broadcast, distribute, commercially exploit, transmit or otherwise use in any way BBC online Services and/or BBC Content in whole or in part except to the extent permitted in these Terms of Use, any relevant Additional Terms and at law. 그리고 귀하는 본인이나 타인으로 하여금 어떤 방식으로든 본 사용약관이나 추가적 약관이나 법률에서 허용된 내용을 제외하고, 비비시 온라인 서비스나 비비시 콘텐츠의 전부나 일부를 재생산하고, 빌려주고, 중략 등등의 행위를 하지 않는다.
· (5) You may not directly or indirectly charge others for accessing, viewing or listening to any BBC Content, or commercialise or attempt to re-sell the BBC Content in any way, which includes advertising or selling any goods and services which offer BBC Content including any third party software applications. 귀하는 직간접으로 타인에게 돈을 받고 그 어떤 비비시의 콘텐트를 접근하고, 보고, 듣게 할 수 없으며, 그 어떤 방식으로도 비비시 콘텐츠를 상업적으로 이용하거나 되팔지 않는다.
· (6) You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by the BBC of a product or service (for instance, a personal website) or any non-BBC entity, product or content or any belief or opinion expressed within a product or service. 귀하는 예컨대 개인 웹사이트의 제작물이나 서비스 혹은 그 어떤 비비시가 아닌 실체, 그리고 제작물이나 내용 혹은 비비시의 제작물이나 서비스 안에서 표현된 신념이나 견해를 비비시가 승인하거나 허가한 것이라고, 직접적으로나 간접적으로라도 간주하지 않는다.
· (7) You may not disrupt or try to disrupt BBC online Services. You agree not to use BBC online Services to distribute software viruses or other harmful programs, or use BBC online Services to engage in harmful, harassing or otherwise objectionable activity, including activity inhibiting access to BBC online Services by others. 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스를 파괴하거나 파괴하려고 시도하지 않는다. 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스를 이용하여 바이러스나 기타 유해한 프로그램을 유포하지 않겠다고, 비비시 온라인 서비스를 이용하여 유해하고 괴롭히거나 안 그러면 타인이 비비시 온라인 서비스에 접근하지 못하도록 하는 활동을 포함한 불쾌한 활동에 참여하지 않겠다고 동의한다.
· (8) You may not harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any other person using BBC online Services or transmit obscene or offensive content or disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within BBC online Services, in particular, on BBC message boards and blogs. 귀하는 비비시 온라인 서비스를 이용하는 타인을 공격하거나 곤란이나 불편을 초래하거나, 혹은 음란물을 전송하거나, 비비시 온라인 서비스 안에서, 그리고 특별히 비비시 자유게시판과 비비시 블로그 안에서 정상적인 대화의 흐름을 중단시키지 않는다.
· (9) Additional Terms for particular BBC online Services may allow you to display the BBC Content on your website, blog or other product or service, but you may not display BBC Content where it is on or in connection with Excluded Products or Services, namely products or services which: contain pornography and sexually explicit content; 비비시 온라인 서비스 중 특별한 아이템을 위한 추가적 이용약관은 귀하로 하여금 귀하의 웹사이트나 블로그 혹은 기타 프러덕트나 서비스에 비비스 콘텐츠를 게시할 수 있게 한다. 그러나 귀하는 아래와 같은 배제적인 생산물이나 서비스, 즉 포르노물이나 성적으로 노골적인 내용이 들어간 생산물이나 서비스와 관련된 비비시 콘텐츠는 계시하지 않는다.
· contain offensive text or images; 타인의 감정을 자극하는 글이나 사진이 들어 있는 내용;
· incite hatred whether based on race, religion, gender, sexuality or otherwise, or promote, encourage or facilitate anti-social behaviour; 인종, 종교, 성별, 섹스에 근거해 증오를 유발하거나, 혹은 反사회적 행동을 조장하는 내용;
· contain gratuitous violence or promote, encourage or facilitate violence; 원인 모를 폭력을 포함하거나, 폭력을 조장하는 내용;
· promote, encourage or facilitate terrorism or other activities that risk national security; 테러리즘이나 국가의 안전을 위험에 빠뜨리는 활동을 조장하는 내용;
· discriminate against any specific social group or otherwise exploit vulnerable sections of society; 사회 안에 특정 그룹의 사람들을 차별하거나 사회적 약자를 착취하는 내용;
· promote, facilitate or encourage illegal activity; 불법행위를 조장하는 내용;
· are misleading, defamatory, or that contain illegal, or otherwise actionable content under UK law; 오해를 부르거나 명예를 훼손하는 내용이나, 영국법 아래서 불법이거나 소송을 초래할 수 있는 내용;
· infringe individual privacy (based on the parameters laid down in the "Privacy" chapter of the BBC's Editorial Guidelines); (비비시의 편집지침 내 “프라이버시”章에 명시된 한도에 근거하여) 개인의 프라이버시를 침해하는 내용;
· put the welfare of children at risk; 아동의 복지를 위험에 빠뜨리는 내용;
· promote the tobacco industry or the armaments industry (including gun clubs); 담배산업이나 (총기관련 단체 포함하여 )군수산업을 옹호하는 내용;
· where presence of a BBC application might be perceived as damaging the BBC's reputation for accuracy and impartiality (with reference to the BBC Guidelines); (비비시의 편집지침과 관련하여) 비비시의 애플이 비비시의 정확성과 공정성에 대한 평판을 손상시키고, and
· bring the BBC into disrepute (with reference to the BBC Guidelines). (비비시의 편집지침과 관련하여) 비비시에 불명예를 초래하는 곳.
· This list is not exhaustive and may be amended by the BBC from time to time (collectively referred to as "Excluded Products or Services"). 이상에 열거한 것들은 완전한 게 아니므로, 수시로 (통틀어서 “배제적인 생산물이나 서비스”라고 부름) 비비시에 의해 수정된다.
