귀하가 사용하는 핸드폰의 암호나 야후 사용자가 아니라면 귀하가 사용중인 다른 이메일 주소를 보내라. 다음과 같은 절차를 밟으시라: Send a code to mobile phone or non-Yahoo! alternate email address: 

1. 야후 로그인 페이지로 가라. 

Go to the Yahoo! Sign-in page.

다음은 야후에 들어가서 해결하는 절차

제품으로서 야후 계정을, 카테고리로서 비밀번호와 로그인을, 하부카테고리로서 로그인 불능을 선택하시오.

Select Yahoo Account as the product, Password and Sign In as the category and Unable to Sign In as the sub-category. 

유의하시라: 야후는 귀하의 비밀 질문에 접근하지 않으므로 귀하에게 답을 알려줄 수 없다. 그러니 귀하는 반드시 본 계정의 적합한 소유자라는 귀하의 신분을 스스로 입증해야 하며, 만약 귀하가 비밀 질문들에 대한 답을 잊었고, 대안 이메일이나 전호번호를 귀하의 야후 계정에 넣지 않은 경우에, 야후는 귀하에게 새로운 비밀번호를 보내줄 수 없다는 사실, 부디 잊지 마시라.
