지인의 야후 메일 문제를 해결하기 위해 다시 한 번 인터넷을 뒤졌더니 이하의 자료가 나와서 급히 우리 말로 바꿔보았다.

I can't log into my yahoo mail? 내 야후 메일에 로그인 할 수 없어요?

 

Whenever I try logging into my yahoo mail, I get this screen which wants me to choose another email so they could send me a verification code. The thing is, I no longer use the email. 야후 메일에 로그인 할 때마다, 화면에 나더러 다른 메일을 선택하여 내게 확인 코드를 보내주겠다고 한다. 이래서 내 본래 야후 메일을 더 이상 사용할 수 없는 거다.

Hi, Your Yahoo Account MAY have been Hacked, this is happening to people all over the Yahoo network and has been been for months. 

ANYWAY HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:- 이하는 귀하가 해야 할 일.

You need to contact Yahoo by Email. 귀하는 이메일로 야후와 접촉하시오.

This can be done by clicking on HELP at the Bottom Right Hand side of the Yahoo Home Page. 야후 홈페이지의 하단부 우측에 있는 도움을 클릭하시오.

Click on Yahoo Mail, or whatever one is best for you, you can also click on the arrows for more options, or type your problem in the Search Help box. 야후 메일이나 귀하에게 최선인 것을 클릭하시오. 더 많은 옵션을 보기 위해 화살표들을 클릭해도 된다. 혹은 탐색 도움 박스에 귀하의 문제를 타자하면 된다.

Go to the Right hand side of page and click on Contact Customer Care. 우측 페이지로 가서 콘택 커스터머 케어를 클릭하라.

Click on Category, page will reload for you to click on Sub Category. 카테고리를 클릭하면 서브 카테고리로 안내하는 페이지가 열린다.
Make sure you fill in Brief Details of what has Happened, click Enter. 귀하의 문제를 간략하게 설명한다.

Depending on the Category you select and the Sub Category you also select you should then see at the Bottom of the Page for more help Click on EMAIL A SUPPORT AGENT.
